We moved into the River View Estates about 6 months ago. We were attracted to this community because it is better maintained than the other manufactured home locations we visited. The pricing was reasonable as well.
After moving in, we found the neighbors to be friendly. We also learned residents can rent out a large portion of the office building at a very low cost for special events. The community grounds even has a storage area for trailers, RVs, etc. (We have not needed this yet, but it is nice to know it is an option.) Last but not least, the pool area is obviously a great benefit for enjoyment in the summer.
We are very content with our decision to buy a manufactured home and we highly recommend River View Estates to anyone considering moving here.
